Amaya Vista Real Estate is a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury, off-plan, and investment properties in Dubai. We work with high-intent buyers and serious investors, and we're expanding our team with ambitious, performance-driven agents.

This is a commission-only role. No salary. Uncapped earning potential.

• Highly confident on camera – this is mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

• Thrives in a commission-only structure

• Real estate or sales experience is a strong advantage

• Active on social media and understands personal branding
