Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle daily activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. Responsibilities include listing and marketing properties, preparing contracts and related documentation, and guiding buyers, sellers, and tenants through each stage of the transaction. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and staying current on local real estate trends and regulations. The Real Estate Agent is expected to meet sales targets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and proven experience in Real Estate transactions, including leasing and sales.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong local market awareness, basic financial and contract comprehension, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Relevant experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market and a valid UAE driving license are highly beneficial.
