Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Doha, Qatar. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the leasing or purchasing process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, advising clients on market conditions, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with landlords and property management teams. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience. The Real Estate Agent will also stay informed about local market trends and company offerings to effectively match clients with suitable properties.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations and practices in Qatar
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including residential and commercial properties
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in basic office software and property listing platforms
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and travel locally for property visits
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in the Qatar real estate market is preferred
