Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, facilitate property sales and rentals, and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, advising clients, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market to support decision-making. The role requires proactive client interaction and collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry
- Proven expertise in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in relevant technology and real estate platforms is advantageous
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional real estate certifications being a plus
