Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing tailored advice and market insights, and building strong relationships with clients. Tasks include organizing property viewings, negotiating contracts, handling real estate transactions, maintaining property listings, and performing market analysis to guide investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Strong background in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining property databases
• A valid UAE driver's license is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
