This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals. Key tasks include managing and cultivating client relationships, conducting property tours, identifying opportunities for clients, negotiating deals, advising on property values and market conditions, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices and understanding of Real Property principles
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and familiarity with the local property market
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
