Real Estate Agent (Basic Salary + Commission) (AUH)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred).
• Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• License: Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification is a plus.
