Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai's real estate market.
- Advise clients on property options, market trends, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
- Manage exclusive property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate sales and leasing offers.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, admin, and management teams to ensure smooth deal processing.
- Stay informed of market developments, competitor activities, and RERA regulations.
- Uphold the Colliers brand's integrity and service excellence in every client interaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- RERA certification preferred (training and support available).
