Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market, advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, and preparing or reviewing key documents such as agreements and offers. The role involves building and managing a strong client database, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with internal marketing and sales teams to promote listings. The Real Estate Agent will also represent the company at property events, open houses, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License (UAE or eligibility to obtain one) and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate with strong residential and/or commercial transaction exposure.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong Customer Service abilities with a client-focused approach and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, communities, and current trends.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic MS Office or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
