Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent specializing in both commercial and residential properties. The position is based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Real Estate Agent will build and maintain client relationships, stay informed about market trends, and provide expert guidance throughout the Real Estate transaction process.
Qualifications
- Holding a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Proven Sales skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in market analysis and relevant technology tools
- Previous experience in the Real Estate market and familiarity with the New Cairo area is an advantage
