About the Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary, ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance and want to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.

Important: Applicants must currently reside in the UAE. We are not accepting applications from candidates currently outside the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate and support transactions through completion
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market
• Work toward individual and company sales targets

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
