Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial sales and leasing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Stay informed on Dubai's real estate market, pricing, and new project launches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and leasing process.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for sales, networking, and building long-term client relationships.
• Company visa sponsorship may be considered for high-performing agents based on performance.
• As this is a commission-only role, applicants should be financially prepared to support themselves during the initial 3–6 months while building their client base and pipeline.
