Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our Secondary Market team. The ideal candidate will specialize in buying, selling, and leasing ready properties (resale properties) and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
This is a commission-based role with visa sponsorship provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for secondary (resale) properties.
- List, market, and promote ready properties for sale or lease.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate (secondary market preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
