Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients, identifying and showcasing suitable properties, and making tailored recommendations to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, advising clients on real estate trends, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of local real estate regulations
• Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate, including Sales and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Proficient negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
• Prior experience in luxury real estate brokerage is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
