Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, managing property listings, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating negotiations. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Possess a in-depth knowledge of real estate practices
• Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Ras Al Khaimah is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant technology and property management software is a plus
• UAE Driving License and own transport is a must.
