Role Overview You'll own a portfolio of listings, work warm leads from day one, and take clients from first call to signed contract. We handle the admin, the marketing, and the training. You handle the relationships and the results.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert company-provided and self-generated leads into active, transacting clients
- List properties with sharp, accurate presentations across major portals
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, mortgage paths, and regulatory requirements
- Run viewings that sell, not just show
- Negotiate between parties and drive deals to close in line with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
- Build a client base that keeps coming back and referring others
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
- Strong communication in English, Arabic or additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred
- Confident using CRM systems and listing portals
- Professional, presentable, and genuinely motivated by results
