A dynamic and growing Dubai real estate brokerage is looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team.

About the Role:

You'll manage the full sales/leasing cycle — from lead generation and property viewings to negotiation and closing — while building lasting relationships with clients across Dubai's dynamic property market.

What We're Looking For

• Western-educated background

• Native or fluent English speaker (additional languages a plus)

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai

• Experience in the secondary (resale) market preferred

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-presented

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
