Job Description:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned community or development including the standard layouts, unit mix, amenities and pricing structure as well as the prevailing Government real estate laws and directives.
- Meet and exceed the targeted sales commission from the assigned portion of the residential/commercial property portfolio in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
- Qualify and process all incoming sales leads within the 24 hour deadline, communicating with clients and updating the system, ensuring all open leads are followed up until an outcome is reached.
- Respond to all sales enquiries received via the website portal, Property Finder or other all property portals, and Contact Centers within the defined time frame and determine the prospect's needs and update the system daily accordingly.
- Capture any sales enquiries via walk-in customers or telephone calls in the Yardi CRM system.
- Communicate with prospective purchasers daily, and if the assigned sales stock not suitable refer them to other Sales Executives who can fulfil their needs.
- Inspect all assigned inventory regularly and notify the Sales Manager about any remedial works, providing photographs as required, to ensure the property remains in an acceptable condition for viewing.
- Monitor developments in the overall property market, as well as the assigned territory where the property is located, in order to provide pricing comparisons in terms of accommodation, facilities and local amenities available, plus any exclusive offers being promoted in the marketplace.
- Provide feedback to the Senior/Sales Manager on any anomalies in the proposed pricing framework so he/she can discuss with the owner/landlord and obtain approvals to modify the sales price.
- Collect the mandatory documentation for the sales contract and pass it to the Sales Administrator for preparation of the Offer Letter.
- Forward the Offer Letters to the prospective buyer for review and approval.
- Forward signed Offer Letters and mandatory documentation to corporate/individual owners for processing within defined timeframe.
- Maintain current sales files with copies of mandatory documents and ensure all sales files are adequately safeguarded as per document management directives.
- Deliver an engaging and professional customer experience to all new and existing clients.
