Urban Avenue Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential and investment properties across prime communities. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who are driven, client-focused, and eager to grow in Dubai's dynamic property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and manage leads for residential sales and leasing
- Advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate offers and assist clients through the full transaction cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (sales or leasing)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
