About the Role
DVAM Real Estate is looking for a motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Property Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, proactive in generating leads, and interested in building a successful career in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Understand clients property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Recommend and present suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information to clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property prices, new launches, and market trends.
- Promote available properties through approved company marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales, call, lead-generation, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure all required documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities is an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
