Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, networking with potential clients, preparing contracts and documentation, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market conditions. The agent will also provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in real estate sales and working with real property transactions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay informed about market trends and real estate developments
• Proficiency in handling contracts, documentation, and deal closure processes
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with the Cairo property market is a plus
