Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in New Cairo. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include showcasing properties, understanding client needs, closing sales deals, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ongoing training will be provided to support professional growth and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
• Proven experience in Sales, including understanding client needs and closing deals
• Experience or training in Sales Management and techniques is a plus
• Self-motivation, ability to meet targets, and adaptability in an on-site role
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
