Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent (Experience) role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, providing market insights and pricing recommendations, and negotiating offers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties. The role involves coordinating with developers, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The agent will work closely with internal teams to use market data and technology platforms to support client decisions and deliver a high-quality, customer-centered experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property understanding, including market trends and property valuation.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills with a proven ability to convert leads and negotiate effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse clients.
- Experience working with real estate CRM systems and digital tools for listings, reporting, and follow-up is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the New Cairo or Greater Cairo real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple deals simultaneously, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
