This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, identifying client needs, handling negotiations, preparing contracts, and offering excellent customer service. The individual will also stay informed on market trends and participate in sales activities to support clients in making informed decisions.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts and practices
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required for fresh applicants
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is an advantage
