Real Estate Agents – Dubai

Ghaderi Realty Dubai is looking for ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals who are passionate about Dubai real estate, exceptional client service, and building a successful long-term career.

You will work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, guiding them through every stage of the property transaction while developing strong client relationships and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with property leads

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties

• Conduct property viewings and client consultations

• Build and maintain a strong property and client database

• Prepare market comparisons and advise clients on current market conditions

• Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

• Maintain accurate records and regularly update the company CRM

• Work closely with the marketing and administrative teams

• Ensure all activities comply with Dubai real estate regulations

Requirements

• Previous real estate sales experience is mandatory. Applications from candidates without real estate sales experience will not be considered.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and a positive, confident attitude

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market

• Fluent English is required

• Speaking more than one language is an advantage

• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid RERA certification is an advantage
