About the Position:

As a Property Consultant, you'll work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, helping them navigate every stage of the property journey. You'll build your own client portfolio while representing properties in some of Dubai's most desirable locations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
• Manage the complete sales process, from generating leads to closing successful transactions.
• Provide expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with contracts and transaction management.
• Keep client information and sales activities up to date in the CRM system.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Promote available properties across leading real estate platforms.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new developments in Dubai.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For:

• At least one year of experience in real estate, recruitment, automotive, financial services, luxury retail, or another consultative sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving results.
• Professional approach with strong customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are highly valued.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

• Valid driving licence.
