HL Real Estate Group — the boutique luxury brokerage powered by Haute Living — is expanding from Miami to Palm Beach and preparing for international growth in Dubai. We are seeking a seasoned leader who holds (or can obtain) the required Broker License to manage our office and expansion in Dubai.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in recruiting top-producing agents and building high-performance teams.

What We're Looking For

• Broker License required to manage and operate in Dubai (or willingness/ability to obtain it)
• Proven success recruiting and retaining experienced realtors

• Growth-focused mindset to scale multiple markets
• Experience in luxury real estate preferred
