Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent with 2 - 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of property listings.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals.
• Provide clients with market insights and property recommendations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven experience in property sales and/or leasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities and property market.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
