The split:

→ Company leads: 50/50

→ Your own leads: 60/40

→ Roadshows: 30% - with flights and accommodation fully covered by the company

Who we're looking for:

• Knowledge of the off-plan market, secondary market, or both
• 6+ months of UAE real estate experience preferred - freshers with a genuine sales mindset are welcome to apply
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Must have UAE Driving License
