Mira International is expanding fast, and over the next 3 years we're opening 30 offices worldwide. We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing Dubai team and grow with us - whether your expertise is in off-plan or secondary market properties.

About the Role:

As a Property Consultant, you'll represent top-tier projects, manage premium client portfolios, and be part of one of the most ambitious real estate brands in the region with a top-tier, proven performance growth path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market opportunities and investment strategies
• Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai communities and upcoming developments
• Collaborate with marketing & recruitment teams to maximize lead flow
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

12 years of real estate experience in Dubai (freshers are welcome!)

Strong knowledge of Dubai's freehold communities

Proven record in sales or leasing (off-plan or secondary market)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

RERA license (or willingness to obtain)

Professional, driven, and target-oriented
