We're hiring Real Estate Sales Agents to join our Business Bay office.

The Role:

This is a client-facing SALES position. You will:

Sell luxury properties to local and international investors

Conduct property viewings and presentations

Close deals on off-plan and ready properties (AED 1M+)

Build and manage your own client pipeline

Represent MWG at developer launches and events

Requirements:

Previous SALES experience required (real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, banking, or similar client-facing sales roles)

Professional appearance and presentation

Strong English communication (written and spoken)

Confident, self-motivated, target-driven

Additional languages a plus: Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin

Not suitable for:

Candidates seeking admin, back-office, or non-sales roles.

Compensation:

Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn AED 50,000+ monthly. Base salary or retainer available for exceptional candidates with proven track records.
