Real Estate Agent Primary (Off-Plan) Market Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary (off-plan) market to join our team in Dubai. 

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property sector, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Stay updated on new project launches and market insights*
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing

Qualifications

• +1 experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and major developers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Fluency in English is required
• Indian, Russian, Turkish, French or Urdu speakers are highly preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
