Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site Sheikh Zayed Road)

Takween Aldar Real Estate is a premium real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in residential and off-plan properties. As part of our expansion, we are seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join our flagship office on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and off-plan properties

Manage company-provided leads and develop your own client base

Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions

Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and investors

Provide accurate market insights and investment guidance

Maintain updated client records and deal progress in the CRM system

Requirements

Strong sales mindset with a professional, results-driven attitude

Ability to communicate professionally in English

Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory

RERA certification is an advantage (support provided if required)

Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office

Uncapped commission structure

Base salary negotiable based on experience
