Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on Dubai's real estate market, and managing property listings. Additional responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interaction with clients and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends and property evaluation techniques.
- Experience in Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational time-management skills.
- Proficiency in technology and property search platforms relevant to real estate.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous.
