Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will handle property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting of residential or commercial real estate. Responsibilities include advising clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring seamless transactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real property transactions
• Proficient sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Strong background in customer service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Solid understanding of the real estate and property market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate software tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus
