About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established real estate brokerage in Dubai, who is looking to hire experienced Property Consultants to join their growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in Dubai's secondary and/or off-plan property market who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding sales results.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Advise clients on secondary and off-plan property opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.
Experience in secondary sales and/or off-plan properties.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
RERA certification is an advantage.
UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
