Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Real Estate Agent Off-Plan to join our growing sales team. This is a paid position suited for professionals who understand the UAE off-plan market and can consistently achieve quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate has strong developers knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Actively sell off-plan real estate projects to end users and investors
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Manage leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced business
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Stay updated on off-plan launches, payment plans, and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal sales managers and developers for deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company sales processes
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in UAE real estate, specifically in the off-plan market
  • Strong understanding of developers, projects, and off-plan sales cycles
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
What Will Set You Apart (Highly Preferred)
  • Existing client base or investor network
  • Experience handling international clients
  • Strong follow-up discipline and closing mindset
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales environments
