Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Real Estate Agent Off-Plan to join our growing sales team. This is a paid position suited for professionals who understand the UAE off-plan market and can consistently achieve quarterly sales targets.
The ideal candidate has strong developers knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively sell off-plan real estate projects to end users and investors
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets set by management
- Manage leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced business
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Stay updated on off-plan launches, payment plans, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal sales managers and developers for deal closures
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company sales processes
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in UAE real estate, specifically in the off-plan market
- Strong understanding of developers, projects, and off-plan sales cycles
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

- Experience handling international clients
