Your Role

As a Secondary Sales Agent specializing in DAMAC Lagoons, you will:

• Source and secure resale listings from DAMAC owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
• Generate and manage qualified buyer opportunities.
• Advise clients on current market values, pricing and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions.
• Manage the complete sales process from valuation/listing to closing.
• Build a strong pipeline of DAMAC Lagoons inventory and buyers.
• Stay on top of pricing, transactions and market activity within the community.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in agents who have:

• Proven Dubai secondary-market sales experience
• Strong knowledge of DAMAC Lagoons
• An existing database of property owners, buyers or investors
• A track record of closing transactions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A self-driven, target-oriented approach
• The ambition to build a high-income real estate career
