Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Manage and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate property deals and close sales transactions
• Maintain updated listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and company systems
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3-6 years of UAE Real Estate Sales experience
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
