This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Real Estate Agent at Top of the Top, you will actively engage in property sales, leasing, and property management. Your responsibilities will include meeting clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive client relationships. You will also be expected to stay up to date on property market trends, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with local real estate regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills to foster client satisfaction and loyalty
• Proven expertise in the Real Estate industry, including Sales and Real Property transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in market research and property valuation is a plus
