This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties and will offer expert guidance throughout the entire process. Daily tasks include performing property market analysis, preparing and presenting real estate solutions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves networking, maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, and staying informed about Dubai's real estate market trends.

• Possession of a current and valid Real Estate License
• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is highly advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and related technology
