Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or investing in properties by offering expert advice on the local market. Responsibilities include networking to acquire new clients, showcasing properties, guiding clients on the property buying process, coordinating property transactions, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Valid RERA and Driving License is required.
• Proven Sales Record is a must.
• Must speak and write at least 2 international languages.
• Knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and the Dubai property market.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with experience in client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with real estate technology is a plus.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record in selling or renting luxury properties is advantageous.
