Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining industry knowledge, conducting property market analyses, and negotiating contracts. The role requires building strong, lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
• Proficiency in Real Estate operations and understanding of buying, selling, and renting real estate properties.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively assist clients and close deals.
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Previous experience in the Cairo real estate market is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
