Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will work with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to identify properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, qualifying clients, preparing and presenting property listings, and advising on pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies. The role also involves coordinating property showings, managing documentation and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings. The agent will be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of the local market, build long-term client relationships, and represent Winners Coldwellbanker with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and manage client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market or strong motivation to develop this expertise quickly.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and client records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
