Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, and providing professional guidance throughout transactions. The role also involves market research, negotiation, and ensuring client needs are met. Building and maintaining client relationships will be crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in the area
• Proficiency in market research, client needs assessment, and property evaluations
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Valid real estate license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
