We are partnering with a leading government-backed economic entity in Ras Al Khaimah to appoint a Director – Real Estate & Portfolio to lead one of the UAE's most diverse commercial real estate portfolios.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven real estate professional who can operate as a true portfolio owner, blending strategy, analytics, and market insight to drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic management of a multi-asset real estate portfolio, driving occupancy, yield optimisation, and long-term value creation
- Act as a Portfolio CEO, owning commercial performance across asset classes and lifecycle stages
- Develop and implement leasing, pricing, and tenant mix strategies aligned with market demand and growth objectives
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to ensure effective demand generation and conversion
- Drive data-led decision-making, leveraging portfolio analytics to provide insights on performance, trends, and risks
- Oversee supply–demand planning, working cross-functionally to align new development with market requirements
- Contribute to feasibility studies, asset repositioning initiatives, and master planning inputs for future developments
- Establish and govern leasing policies, allocation frameworks, and contract standards in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders
- Manage the full asset lifecycle, from pre-leasing and occupancy to renewal, repurposing, and reintroduction to market
- Provide strategic oversight on portfolio valuation processes and external advisory engagements
What We're Looking For
- 10–15+ years experience across real estate portfolio management, asset management, or commercial real estate leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-asset portfolios
- Strong track record of driving occupancy, revenue growth, and yield optimisation
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and asset lifecycle management
- Experience influencing or contributing to development strategy, feasibility, or supply planning
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with exposure to cross-functional and senior leadership environments
- Excellent communication and executive presence
