Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker (Off-Plan & Secondary Market) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE for Spanish Real Estate company Dubai branch.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Proven experience as a real estate broker, with a strong understanding of property t-transactions and market dynamics

-Mandatory experience in off-plan real estate

-Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

-Experience working with international investors is a strong advantage

-Solid knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations

-Fluency in English and at least one additional language (multilingual profiles highly valued)

-Relevant real estate certifications and a valid UAE broker license are preferred

-Must currently reside in the UAE
