This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Arabic-speaking Real Estate Broker at Property Shop Investment LLC. The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales, leasing, and listings by providing guidance to clients and identifying suitable real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include executing real estate transactions, maintaining relationships with clients and developers, and staying updated on market trends. The ideal candidate will uphold high customer service standards while contributing to the company's success and goals within the competitive real estate industry.

• Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience with Real Property management and transactions
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify profitable opportunities for clients
• Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales and business goals
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and local regulations is highly beneficial
• Valid UAE driver's license and RERA certification or equivalent qualifications are an advantage
