Role Description The Real Estate Broker (Area Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on building in-depth expertise in a specific area or community, including monitoring listings, pricing trends, and upcoming developments. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, and managing negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The broker will prepare and review sales and lease documentation, coordinate with internal teams and external partners (such as developers, banks, and conveyancers), and ensure all transactions comply with local regulations. The Area Specialist is also expected to maintain an updated property portfolio, produce timely market insights for clients, and uphold a high standard of professional, ethical client service aligned with Vertex Vision's values.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with the ability to analyze local market trends and property values.
  • Proven Brokerage and Sales skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing transactions.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations and RERA requirements; valid RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and digital marketing channels to manage and promote properties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a real estate broker or agent in Dubai or similar markets is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is beneficial.
