Real Estate Broker

On behalf of a well-established and growing real estate company operating in the Egyptian market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join their team. This is a full-time hybrid role, open to candidates based in Egypt.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, advising clients, and supporting business growth across residential and commercial portfolios. You will work closely with property owners, buyers, developers, and internal teams to deliver professional real estate solutions. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong negotiation skills and solid market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and market residential and commercial property listings
• Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements to successfully close deals
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices in Egypt

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, or leasing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the Egyptian real estate market
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Professional attitude with a strong client-service mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus
